The company also talked about how the new SoC will improve performance and shared the Neo 7’s AnTuTu score. The company’s new high-end phone, the iQOO Neo 7, will have a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC inside. The chipset is a big step up from the Snapdragon 870 SoC found in the Neo 6 in India. The new Dimensity 9000+ SoC is tuned specifically for the Neo 7 5G to improve performance while keeping energy use low.
iQOO says that the phone’s AnTuTu score was 1080717. If what they say is true, the Neo 7 will rank lower on AnTuTu than high-end gaming phones like the ASUS ROG Phone 6 series and the Nubia Red Magic 7 series.
Dimensity 9000+ SoC is 5 percent faster and uses 10 percent less energy than the Dimensity 9000 SoC.
