During the Pokémon GO Halloween event, there are plenty of opportunities for Trainers to get their hands on Yamask. In addition to the Mystery Mask Special Research, there will be a Timed Research available for either $1 for event access only or $5 with additional bonuses.
Trainers can purchase a Timed Research ticket during the Halloween Event, which runs from Thursday, October 1 at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, November 1 at 10:00 a.m. local time. After purchasing the ticket, trainers can take as much time as they need to complete the tasks of the timed research event.

Yamask’s Timed Research requires two steps to be performed. Each task in each step has its own reward, and Trainers can earn an additional award for completing all tasks in the step. This timed research event is for trainers who want to farm candy to evolve Yamask into Cofagrigus or catch the Spirit Pokémon in its Shiny form.
