The Friends star, 53, looked healthy while playing pickleball with friends in Los Angeles on Friday.
Matthew’s sighting comes just a day after he detailed how his drug and alcohol addiction gave him a 2% survival rate after the opioids ruptured his colon and left him in a two-week coma.

In his interview, he spoke about his decades-long struggle to break free from addiction.
Matthew had disclosed that he had 14 surgeries on his stomach and had to use a colostomy bag for nine months; He said his stomach has a number of scars from multiple surgeries.
His therapist told him that if he goes back on medication, he may need to use a colostomy bag for the rest of his life, which will keep him from relapsing.

Mathew revealed he once took 55 Vicodin a day while on Friends, noting he’d dropped to 128 pounds but “didn’t know how to stop.”
He said his Friends co-stars are “understanding” and “patient.”
