Lionel Messi FIFA 23 Ligue 1 Player of the Month SBC went live on Ultimate Team on October 20 after the Argentine forward won the September honors.
This isn’t the first time in FIFA Ultimate Team history that Messi has won a POTM award. Fans who have been saving club stats and fodder over the past few weeks might want to finish this card considering Messi will remain in the squad for quite some time. However, it is the same rating as his Road to the Knockouts card. This POTM card cannot be upgraded and is center based.

Messi’s card is still available for 31 days. Players have some time to craft each segment if they want that card, and don’t necessarily have the fodder or coins to facilitate each segment right away. POTM Messi has no alternative position. He’s tied to being a CAM, which is a bit of a disappointment. Still, this is a great opportunity to add an upgraded Lionel Messi to players’ clubs early in the game cycle.
