The conversation came after the TMZ reporter asked Curtis the best way for a customer to complain about their meal at a restaurant.
“That depends on what the problem is,” Stone replied. “If something isn’t done right, you should let it be, but don’t be angry about it,” he said.

Stone then expanded on the owner protocol, saying that it was “a little inappropriate” to publicly complain about customers.
“We are in the hospitality business and we create special moments for people, whether they are celebrating or connecting with people they love and care about. And sometimes they have a lot of fun, and sometimes they’re a little crazy. We create that safe space for them.”
