Accurate Results: Jayde Adams is the FOURTH star to be booted after taking on Molly Rainford in the dance-off

Jayde Adams became the fourth celebrity to walk off the dance floor during Sunday’s Strictly Come Dancing results show.

On Saturday night, the remaining couples took to the ballroom to celebrate 100 years of the BBC, hoping to impress judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Head Judge Shirley Ballas and the voting public.

But this weekend the comedian, 37, was booted from the show after he faced CBBC star Molly Rainford, 21, in the dreaded dance-off.

Both couples went through their routines again. Molly and her dance partner Carlos Gu performed their pair choice to the Grange Hill Theme Tune.

Then Jayde and her dance partner Karen Hauer performed their Charleston to The Ballad Of Barry and Freda (Let’s Do It) to impress the judges and stay in the competition.

After both couples danced a second time, the judges announced their verdicts, with Craig choosing to save Molly and Carlos.

He said, “Well, two very different dances, but based on my technical ability alone, I’d love to save Molly and Carlos.”

Motsi decided to save her too and said “Well I thought you were both brilliant, I thought both performances were better than Saturday night but I’ll save Molly and Carlos.”

Anton agreed, adding: “Well, it’s really awful. The dance-off is such a difficult place to find yourself and it’s so disappointing and I thought both couples didn’t succumb to that disappointment and played really, really well.

“But just based on that performance, I’d like to use a little more sophisticated technique to save Molly and Carlos.”

With three votes for Molly and Carlos, it meant they had won a majority of the vote and would still remain in the contest, but Head Judge Shirley also said she chose to save the couple.

She said: “Well, they were both absolutely gorgeous at dancing, but with a little more precision and quality of movement I would have saved Molly and Carlos.”

When asked by Tess about her time on the show, Jayde said, “This was the best thing I have ever done in my life and I will carry it to my grave and it has been an absolute pleasure working with you [Karen] and so much to learn that will flow into my own stuff, into my own work.

“You are one of the most gifted people I have ever worked with, Karen. And everyone on this show said it to me when I had you they said ‘you have the best’ sorry everyone and I did and you are amazing and that was such an honor.

“Not only do I need to be on Strictly Come Dancing, but I need to have Karen Hauer, you are amazing, thanks for everything!

Karen was then asked if she had any words for her partner, she said: “It’s been a roller coaster of emotions for us and you are so special, so powerful, so emotional and I loved every second. Thank you Jayde.’
